Welcome to the Walker County Circuit Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court and the Walker County Judicial Courts website. The Circuit Clerk is the chief administrative and fiscal officer for the court system at the district and circuit court level.

This elected position was established in the Alabama Constitution and has a six year term. I began working in the Walker County Circuit Clerk's Office August 10, 1990. I began serving as the Walker County's Circuit Clerk on January 15, 2007.

I have been married to Darryl Odom for 33 years and we are the parents of Craig and Kristen Odom.

I am honored to serve the citizens of Walker county as your Circuit Clerk. I have the privilege of working with eight wonderful women with a combined 154 years if experience. I began with a staff of 14 in 2007 and due to state layoffs over time, our staff of 8 is doing an amazing job.

Since taking office in 2007 we have moved forward with the Administrative Office of Courts in having a paperless court system. Files are now available to the Judges, District Attorney, and all attorneys 24 hours a day. Especially helpful is the ability to e-file cases 24 hours a day.

My primary goal is to serve the citizens of Walker County by providing you with an honest, efficiently staffed, and fully operational office. Your Walker County Circuit Clerk's Office is a place of public trust and you are welcome to visit when you need to.
